Opal is our secure, self-service account portal, offered in partnership with Zelena AI. It's the easiest way to manage your account on your own time, without needing to call in. Once you're logged in, you can view your current balance, pay your balance in full, set up a payment plan on a schedule that works for you or submit a settlement offer for review.

Whatever you choose, any plan or offer you submit through Opal is reviewed and confirmed in writing, so there's always a clear, documented record of what was agreed to.

To log in, you'll need your account reference number, along with the ZIP code currently on file with Global Trust Management LLC, or you may verify your identity using your date of birth or the last four digits of your Social Security number instead.
